Delivery processing times

All Orders are processed within the same business day or 1-5 business days, depending on when the order was placed. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, Deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in Delivery of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

International or Regional Delivery and Delivery to P.O. Boxes

Mavcom delivers to addresses within Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in the areas of Kingstown, Arnos Vale, Calliaqua and the Grenadines except P.O Boxes. For deliveries to the Grenadines, You are responsible for all shipping cost payable to the shipping company.

Items not available for Delivery

Delivery is not available for electrical components or parts

Delivery confirmation

You will receive a Delivery Confirmation Email once Your Order has been delivered or is ready for pick-up in store.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Mavcom is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after Delivery are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

Mavcom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during Delivery. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the Delivery carrier to file a claim.
